Random Draw Procedures

The National Federation Wrestling Rules require that teams employ a random draw to determine the order of competition for each day or session. Outlined in this document is the MHSAA procedure which will be utilized throughout the season. The Random Draw procedure may not be waived or altered. To observe the 45 minute time period to accommodate the required rest for competitors (1-6-03), subsequent dual meets will commence two weight classes beyond that drawn to begin competition. Example: Dual meet 1 begins at 130, dual meet 2 at 140, dual meet 3 at 152.
