Are you interested in providing professional development opportunities for students, coaches and administrators of girls sports programs? Are you an administrator organizing a leadership event for female-athletes within your school? Are you interested in encouraging young women to consider a profession or an occupation in sports related fields?

The MHSAA has earmarked funding in 2004-05 to assist in the development of programs for young women in sports leadership. Financial support is available to school administrators to provide professional development opportunities and/or to create student leadership programs. Applications are accepted, and money is distributed, throughout the 2004-05 school year.

• Send the application and appropriate documentation to the MHSAA
• Allow 30 days for processing.
