Winter is upon us, and we're also in the midst of transitioning our Second Half coverage from one set of sports seasons to the next. Both will be highlighted this weekend.
Keep an eye out for a feature on Grand Rapids Christian receiver Drake Harris. And Sunday, watch for the return of our series "Making - and Answering - the Call." This week we'll publish our first of three stories on MHSAA officials who have taken their games to college and professional levels as well.

On behalf of the MHSAA and the Michigan Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (MIAAA), please join us in celebrating National Interscholastic Athletic Administrator’s Day.
The MHSAA and MIAAA are committed to providing quality experiences and opportunities for growth, leadership, and the development of young people through sport. This would not be possible without the work of your athletic administrators, directors, coordinators and support staff.
Our simple ask is that you reach out, recognize and thank those individuals in your school district who impact kids every day through athletics.
