Boys Basketball
Winter comes to a close: And with a flurry. Saginaw won its first MHSAA title since 2008, Lansing Sexton repeated in Class B, Flint Beecher won its first title since 1987 and Southfield Christian won its first title in school history after going 1-19 two seasons ago. Check back later this week for a full Boys Basketball Finals in review.

3. BOYS SOCCER Division 4 No. 7 Royal Oak Shrine Catholic improved to 8-1 with a shutout of No. 10 Clarkston Everest Collegiate – Oakland Press
4. GIRLS GOLF Grand Blanc – No. 6 in Lower Peninsula Division 1 – and Midland Dow’s Sophia Lee continued to dominate the Saginaw Valley League – Midland Daily News
5. VOLLEYBALL Division 3 No. 6 Kingsley downed Charlevoix in a matchup of teams off to strong starts – MI Sports Now
