Regional Volleyball Semifinals are tonight across Michigan, leaving Monday free of high school competition in this state. So instead of headlines, we have highlights – from the State Champs Sports Network’s Lower Peninsula Cross Country and Boys Soccer Finals wrap-up shows.

In addition to Lower Peninsula Cross Country and Boys Soccer Finals covered elsewhere on Second Half, the volleyball regular season finished up over the weekend with a few final tournaments, and we also include today championship recaps from State Champs Sports Network for LP Girls Golf and Boys Tennis and Upper Peninsula Cross Country Finals.
1. Volleyball: Division 2 honorable mention Cadillac defeated Cedar Springs in the finale of the Central Montcalm Invitational – Cadillac News
2. Volleyball: Division 2 No. 6 Kingsley defeated host Boyne City to win the Carrie Bricker-Hauger Memorial tournament – Traverse City Record-Eagle
