A matchup of two of the north’s top girls basketball teams plus rivalry games in hoops and hockey highlighted Monday’s action across the state.
1. Girls Basketball: Kingsley won a matchup of league leaders, downing Manton 66-40 – WPBN

A pair of girls basketball teams claimed league championships Monday as some of the state’s top ski teams also took big strides in one of the strongest conferences for that sport.

Bay City All Saints clinched a third straight Michigan Summit League title with a 58-38 win over Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy as Shannon Bates set the school’s scoring record – Bay City Times
