The MHSAA Skiing Tournament began Monday with Regionals and an epic upset of one of last season’s Finals champions.

Boys Basketball

Justin Pullins added a career highlight with 14 strikeouts while throwing a no-hitter in Coloma’s 9-0 win over Watervliet – St. Joseph Herald-Palladium
Boys Lacrosse
Sterling Heights Stevenson rode a 6-1 third-quarter advantage to a close 11-9 win over Utica Ford – Macomb Daily
Girls Soccer
Bethany Shay’s goal with seven seconds remaining in double overtime gave Ludington a 4-3 win over Muskegon Western Michigan Christian – Muskegon Chronicle
Midland kicked off its season in impressive fashion with a 3-0 shutout of East Lansing – Midland Daily News
