The MHSAA Skiing Tournament began Monday with Regionals and an epic upset of one of last season’s Finals champions.

1. TRACK & FIELD The Detroit Renaissance girls and Martin Luther King boys won Detroit Public Schools League meet championships – Detroit News
2. TRACK & FIELD Clare swept the MITCA Division 3 “team” state championships; both teams entered the meet top ranked in the division – Mount Pleasant Morning Sun
3. TRACK & FIELD The Rochester Adams boys and Walled Lake Central girls won Oakland County championships – MLive-Detroit
4. BASEBALL Dexter downed Monroe 8-4 to clinch the Southeastern Conference Red title – Ann Arbor News
