A girls basketball milestone and continued superiority on the slopes were the names of the biggest games Monday with headliners coming from both peninsulas.
1. Girls Basketball: Kennedy Englund went over 1,000 career points as Rock Mid Peninsula defeated Engadine 69-52 – Escanaba Daily Press

3. BOYS BASKETBALL Ferndale handed Flint Beecher its first loss, 63-52, at the MLK Freedom Classic – D Zone
