Houghton’s girls proved they're again among the elite from the Upper Peninsula in taking the Kiwanis Invitational title at Wawonowin Golf Course – Houghton Daily Mining Gazette
From Monday, Edwardsburg claimed the inaugural Leader Cup Golf Tournament title by 16 strokes over Dowagiac – Niles Daily Star
Softball
Frankfort finished an undefeated run in the Northwest Conference with a sweep of Benzonia Benzie Central; Frankfort is 18-0 this season – Traverse City Record-Eagle
Track & Field
The Spring Lake girls finished off a sixth-straight undefeated dual meet season with a 23-point win against Ludington – Grand Haven Tribune
Brighton’s girls also finished undefeated, for the second straight spring, to win the Kensington Lakes Activities Association West championship – Livingston Daily

1. BOYS TENNIS Detroit Country Day downed Birmingham Seaholm 6-2; both made Lower Peninsula semifinals last season, Seaholm in Division 2 and Country Day in Division 3 – State Champs Sports Network
2. VOLLEYBALL Dowagiac’s five-set win over Plainwell was its first victory over the Trojans since at least 2006 – Niles Daily Star

7. VOLLEYBALL Division 2 No. 2 Pontiac Notre Dame Prep upped its record to 18-0 with wins over Oxford, Rochester and Holly – Oakland Press
8. BOYS SOCCER Fruitport earned its first win over Spring Lake since 2015, 4-2 – Grand Haven Tribune
