3. Girls Tennis: Marquette earned a notable 6-2 win over reigning Upper Peninsula Division 2 champion Ishpeming Westwood – Marquette Mining Journal
4. Volleyball: Midland Bullock Creek earned wins over Carrollton and Sanford Meridian to equal last season’s overall victory total – Midland Daily News
5. Cross Country: Pittsford followed senior Renee Osborne in winning its home Early Bird Meet, while Jonesville’s Roy Bowman and Concord won the boys championships – Hillsdale Daily News
6. Cross Country: Ishpeming’s boys won their fifth straight Munising Invitational championship; Marinette, Wis., won the girls race followed by Menominee – Iron Mountain Daily News
7. Boys Tennis: Grand Haven claimed its home invitational with 5-3 wins over North Muskegon and Muskegon Mona Shores – Grand Haven Tribune
8. Boys Tennis: Brownstown Woodhaven also swept its early bird quad, downing Belleville, Riverview and Monroe – Southgate News-Herald
9. Volleyball: St. Clair Shores Lakeview followed the strong play of Grace Allor to sweep Yale, Warren Cousino and Bloomfield Hills Cranbrook Kingswood – Macomb Daily
10. Boys Soccer: Elk Rapids came back from a shutout loss in its first game with a 3-0 shutout win over Petoskey – MI Sports Now
