Football Finals Replayed on FSD

Frightful weather has kept MHSAA sports from getting much of a jump into 2014. But we've still got highlights from MHSAA.TV and an opportunity to watch replays of every 11-player Football Final next week on Fox Sports Detroit. 

Below is the replay scheduled, followed by a link to this week's MHSAA Perspective and MHSAA.TV highlights from the week of Dec. 30.

  • Division 8 - Muskegon Catholic Central v. Beal City - Jan. 14 - 9 a.m.
  • Division 2 - Birmingham Brother Rice v. Muskegon - Jan. 14 - 11:30 a.m.
  • Division 6 - Ithaca v. Clinton - Jan. 14 - 2 p.m.
  • Division 4 - Marine City v. Grand Rapids South Christian - Jan. 15 - 8 a.m.

Wes Leonard, Remembered and Honored

Nearly a year after his unexpected and tragic death, Wes Leonard's memory lives on as his story continues to touch many on a national level. 

Fennville High School added to his legacy Friday, inducting the former all-state basketball standout into its athletic Hall of Fame in a ceremony one Michigan sportswriter described as both somber and proud.
