High 5s: 11/21/12

With the Thanksgiving holiday mid-week and nearly every fall sport done, we'll give out just one High 5 today. But it goes to a team that's been among the elite for half a decade and could be just getting started.

Holland swimming and diving

The Dutch scored 311.5 points to defeat runner-up Ann Arbor Skyline by 56 at the Lower Peninsula Division 2 Final at Oakland University. Holland totaled seven first-place finishes, including winning all three relays. It was the second-straight championship for the Dutch, who finished LP Division 2 runners-up from 2008-10.

5. WRESTLING Midland won its eighth-straight Division 1 District title, downing Saginaw United and Heritage – Midland Daily News

6. WRESTLING Romeo defeated Utica in Division 1 to extend its District streak to five – Macomb Daily

7. WRESTLING Pontiac Notre Dame Prep claimed a Division 3 District title with a 63-15 victory over Warren Michigan Collegiate – Oakland Press

8. WRESTLING Jonesville and Hillsdale claimed Division 4 and Division 3 District titles, respectively – Hillsdale Daily News

9. BOYS BASKETBALL Grass Lake remains undefeated after a 43-27 win over Michigan Center – Jackson Citizen Patriot

10. BOYS BASKETBALL Kalamazoo Loy Norrix avenged a 22-point loss to Kalamazoo Central from Dec. 14 with an 83-48 win – WWMT
