Regional Results and Finals Qualifiers Information
REGIONAL RESULTS and FINALS QUALIFIER LINKS are below. BEFORE accessing the lists and/or submitting changes, please read the following:
SEED TIME/MARK -- UNDERSTAND THE RULE (it is new): Your MHSAA Finals seed is based on the better of:
• The athlete's Regional time/mark (Regionals are EQ meets)
• The athlete's best time/mark at any EQ meet
Example 1:
• A Division 1 male athlete runs 11.20 at Regionals and finishes in the top 2.
• The runner also ran 11.05 at an EQ meet.
• The athlete's MHSAA Finals seed will be 11.05.
• Even though the EQ performance is not an early qualifying performance that qualified the athlete for the MHSAA Finals, the time was run at an EQ meet and is used as the MHSAA Finals seed.
Example 2:
• A Division 1 male athlete runs 11.15 at Regionals and finishes in the top 2.
• The runner also ran 11.22 at an EQ meet.
• The athlete's MHSAA Finals seed will be 11.15.
Missing Athletes, Relays, Name Corrections
• Missing Athlete or Relay - If you believe an athlete or relay team should have advanced was missed, please use THIS FORM.
• Name Corrections - If the athletes name is spelled wrong, grade is wrong, etc., then please update the athlete on your Athletic.net roster.
Scratches
• All individual scratches and/or relay substitutions will be done via Athletic.net if made prior to the meet. Changes you make will be reflected in the program if completed by Tuesday, May 19, at 7 p.m..
• After that time, including through the first scratch deadline on the day of the event you can still scratch individuals who will not compete, and or make desired relay athlete substitutions via Athletic.net. Doing so will update the actual meet files.
• At the meet you may also do paper scratches as provided by the host up to the first and second scratch deadlines.
• You may also substitute relay runners as instructed by the host during the meet, but prior to the event being run.
