Perspective: Value ... and Values

In this week's edition of MHSAA Perspective, John Johnson talks about what a great value high school sports are and the lifetime values they teach young people.
Now in its 10th season, the radio commentary MHSAA Perspective – presented by the Michigan Army National Guard – airs on over 80 radio stations and audio outlets across the state, generally during the local broadcasts of high school games. The program runs for 30 weeks through the end of the winter sports season.

This week's edition highlights the MHSAA's daily record-setters posts as part of the "Century of School Sports" celebration, awards Game Balls to high achievers from football season openers and provides historical context in advance of this season's 50th Football Playoffs.
The 5-minute program each week includes feature stories from MHSAA.com or network affiliates, along with "Be the Referee," a 60-second look at the fine art of officiating.
